Eagle Eye Rides provides a transportation platform connecting passengers with professional drivers throughout the Boston metropolitan area and New England. Our services include on-demand ride bookings, Logan Airport transfers, corporate chauffeur services, tow truck and roadside assistance, and same-day package delivery. Eagle Eye Rides acts as an intermediary platform and does not directly provide transportation services. All rides are provided by independent, licensed, and insured drivers.
You must create an account to book rides or access full platform features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and keep this information updated. You must not share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to your account. Eagle Eye Rides reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All ride bookings are subject to driver availability and acceptance. Prices, including flat-rate airport transfers, are displayed before booking confirmation and you will not be charged more than the confirmed amount except in cases of route changes requested by the passenger. Payments are processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment partners. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets. All fares are quoted in US dollars.
Passengers may cancel rides free of charge within two minutes of booking. Cancellations made after the driver has been assigned or is en route may incur a cancellation fee of up to $10. No-shows will be charged the full fare quoted at the time of booking. Drivers may also cancel rides under certain conditions such as safety concerns, unreachable passengers, or vehicle issues. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in account restrictions.
All users must conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner when using the Eagle Eye Rides platform. Users must not engage in behavior that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable toward drivers, passengers, or support staff. This includes verbal abuse, physical intimidation, damage to vehicles, attempts to circumvent payment, or any form of discrimination. Violations may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
Drivers on the Eagle Eye Rides platform must maintain a valid driver license, current vehicle registration, appropriate insurance coverage, and pass all required background checks. Drivers are independent contractors and not employees of Eagle Eye Rides. Drivers are responsible for their own vehicles, fuel, maintenance, and compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal transportation regulations. Eagle Eye Rides sets service standards but does not control the specific manner in which drivers perform their services.
Eagle Eye Rides provides a technology platform and is not a transportation carrier. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to delays, driver conduct, vehicle conditions, or accidents. We do not guarantee the availability of drivers or the timeliness of ride arrivals. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific ride or service in question, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable Massachusetts and federal law.
Eagle Eye Rides reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated through the app, by email, or via a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically for any changes.
